Our Team

As a young adult, Erika’s experience volunteering with LGBTQ youth in San Diego inspired them to obtain their bachelors degree and pursue a career in human services. Since graduating from UC Berkeley, they have gained experience working with various populations in hospice, chemical dependency, housing services, and mental health. As a case manager, Erika is passionate about providing services that center the individual and their unique experiences.

Why did you join the LA Fire Justice team?‍

Erin Brockovich had an immeasurable impact on me when I was growing up. The opportunity to work on a project which she was involved in was something I could not pass up. But in the end, it was learning about LA Fire Justice and their commitment to the communities they serve that inspired me to join the team.

What is your favorite thing to do in LA?

Visit the Los Angeles Central Library downtown and stop by Fugetsu Do Confectionery in Little Tokyo.
