Our Team

With almost a decade of experience as a Case Analyst, Kat brings a strong background in case management, client support, and legal collaboration. She spent nine years at a previous firm before joining Perfected Claims in 2024, where she was hired as part of the HECO team working on the Lahaina Fire in Maui. As the team’s only Spanish bilingual analyst, she provided Spanish translations and supported clients through sensitive matters, including wrongful death cases, working closely alongside attorneys to ensure thorough case development.

Recently, Kat transitioned to the Los Angeles office, where she continues to use her analytical expertise, bilingual skills, and commitment to client advocacy to support cases and deliver the best results for her clients and her firm.

Why did you join the LA Fire Justice team?‍

I believe so strongly in the team’s mission. It's the most amazing feeling to be able to say that you wholeheartedly love what you do in this life. I am so grateful to be able to say that I get to help people rebuild their lives and not only that be a part of the team that gets them JUSTICE. It's really not just about who is representing you but who is actually seeking out justice; that's a big difference. Firsthand witnessing and experiencing all the healing and restoring with my Maui o’hana & I cannot wait to see Altadena and Pasadena heal and come back stronger than ever.

What is your favorite thing to do in LA?

EAT. I love food. I literally plan my whole day around what I want to eat because that determines where I will be heading to for the day and what hiking trails may be nearby, or if there may be a nearby body of water. I love spending my free time out in nature. Hiking, beaches, lakes, all that is my cup of tea. I love to see the beauties of nature. The natural beauty of the earth. Those are the little things you can’t really buy but experience them.
